How to make own sprites?

 I have a problem. I downloaded Sprite Wizard but I can't use it :( Program says that I have to make .bmp files and connect them with each other. But how can I make Shadow Strike .bmp file? I just want to change the colors of some sprites : Shadow strike, carrion bettles, bubbles from human's teleport, anihilation aura (passive crypt lord) and locust swarm (ultimate crypt lord). I don't want to make new sprites, I just want to change colors. Fof example - instead of white shadow strike - gold, instead of white human bubbles - red.
The question is - is it possible to change color without changing sprites?
If not, how to make locust swarm, shadow strike, bubbles, etc... .bmp files and next sprite files? And where should I paste ready sprite files? To sprites/warcraft3 folder?
It is harder than I though :(

 OK, but I need ready shadow strike sprite becouse I want to paste it to program and change it color from white to gold.

 I have this program, but from where can I get this "icons". I need bmp file to connect it in Sprite Wizard but I want to get this same .bmp file as normal shadow strike has or with changed color to GOLD (yellow)! I can't make it in Paint! Are anywhere in the Internet ready icons?!
